Rich Caspar's 97A .This is a photo of my two wings. One I ride to work, and the other one when I get there.
This photo was taken on the Cabot Trail this past summer. Our friends Bob and Phyllis are on the left and wife Cyndi and I are on the right. It was pretty cool this particular day in June. We had stopped here to watch about a dozen Pilot Whales in the ocean behind us. We left Michigan with about 1000 miles on the bike. Rode about 3300 miles. The bike ran like a top the whole way. We had done the same trip two years prior on our '95 Wing with another couple. This trip was the realization of a trip we were on in '97 when Bob & Phyllis totalled their '95 Wing in Maine. (It was a mate to ours) We totalled ours in 2001 on our way to Montana. We both feel the integrated brakes on the Wing contributed to the extent of our injuries, that's why I ride an Ultra now. It's not a Wing, and I miss the comfort and room the Wing offers. But as long as Honda continues with integrated brakes, I'm gonna pass. But you clearly do "meet the nicest people on a Honda", as they used to say in the late sixties. I'm still a proud GWRRA member and a "Hines" contributor........Thanks, Ultra Steve.

Hi Richard
Saw your want ad at GWRRA today where you asked for pics of the Wings. I have none of both me and the bike together but here's me bike. Have done a lot of touring across Europe on bikes in my 25 yrs of riding, only last 2 with Goldwing, so they have not been the longest trips yet. Have a dream of going to US anyway to do a bit of touring there, maybe Coast to Coast, spending 1 1/2 months, but not yet. That demands serious planning! This is a photo of my 1981 1100. No longer have this mount just memories of a lot of great rides. It was a bummer to keep cleaned and shined and all the extra lights put quite a strain on the battery. Couldn't run them for very long at one time. Stan Parzych Fiskdale, MA.

This is a picky of our 1995 Honda goldwing 1500 SE (american spec) taken at Ladybower Dam which is where the Dam Busters practiced before the bombing of the Rhuhr dams in Germany. Our Trike was originally a solo which started out owned by a couple in Florida - we triked her last year and have travelled to Belgium, Austria aswell as all over the UK, shes called Amethyst Dream now and she is a dream, I am in contact with the original owner in Florida and keep her posted with regards to her - but we would love to know who called her "Amethyst Dream".Lynne and John Sheffield England (GWOCGB and TRI - UK)

Hello from Australia
Thought I would add to your collection of pics as I could not see any from down under. These were taken whilst on a trip around Tasmania, 2000, 1500. We belong to AWRA www.auswingriders.com here in Australia.
Regards, John Picture.
Hi Rick, I surfed onto your web page to-nite and liked what i have seen.My wife Jen and I have a 1500 csc trike 1999 we used to have a solo wing but a big accident in 2003 saw it made a "write off" almost both of us too.WE ended up in hospital for three and a half months ! so last year we bought the trike from a guy in Tucson,Arizona and shipped it home. Last year we toured europe and managed to do over two thousand miles on it.It was a ball. I am the rep the goldwing owners club of great britain G.W.O.C.G.B. and our region is "keltic wings" and we cover the east and central area of Scotland, our home is in Dundee. As our kids are now all grown up we have two spare twin rooms which could be available to someone ( as long as we are not away on our trike) for them to have the chance to see our beautifull country. So pass the word if you please. Any/all e-mails will be answered as a result of our accident neither of us are working now so no problems there. Please visit our web site www.kelticwings.co.uk P.S. my G.W.R.R.A. No. 182334 1500 Solo. 1999 1500 Trike. Ride safe and enjoy,Tom an Jenny Mcginnis

Here is a picture of my 83 GL 1100 Goldwing taken recently in the Redwood forest at the "avenue of the giants" on my ride down to San Fransisco. Bike ran like a dream and only has 43000 kms on her. I am the 3rd owner and this is a nice change from sportbikes to a full touring bike like this. Great site. John Phillips Comox, B.C. Canada.
Alan and Judy Cunningham with their 1500. Picture 2 with Shadow.
This is a photo of our 1988 Goldwing parked in front of the family homestead. We bought this bike new and it's still going strong. Stan & Eva Parzych Fiskdale, MA.
My Mother-In-Law bought me this 2003 Illusion Blue Bike for Christmas 2003 (No she won't adopt your wife :-). I picked up the bike at the end of Feb 2004. I picked up the trailer in Sept of 2004. The bike has slightly over 35,000 miles on her and the trailer has been hanging off the back of the bike for over 20,000 of those miles. Ft Pickett is close to my house so, I couldn't resist taking the picture in front of the same model tank I worked on in the Army. The Gas Pump in the sky is also close to home and with gas prices as high as they are I figured that a picture with a gas pump just as high as the prices are would be fitting. The picture in from of The Green House Bed and Breakfast was taken on Debbie and my 20th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed there on the way back from Wing Ding. The picture on Skyline Drive was taken on the return trip from Wing Ding 2005 as well. Jim Snoke Rawlings Virginia. Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 Pic4
